The Scullywear Offices
Tour Stop 6

The Verification Room
This is the room where all the designs are verified, checked for any possible design problems and "believability," if anyone in their right mind would ever wear it. Currently being checked over in here are part of Kate's "Practicality" line, such as this T-shirt/cargo pants outfit. These would be worn while out in the field, especially in woodsy areas, such as in "Detour" or wile on a stakeout-the pockets are good for carrying everything you need with you.

On the wall, hanging for scrutiny, is a dress that Kate actually saw at a mall three or so yeras ago, and liked. She just now tried to put it down on paper, so there's no telling how accurate it is, but hey, if she likes it and you like it, the job's well done.

Over on the wall across from us, you can see another dress in full size hanging for scrutiny. This dress showing front and back, is one ov everyone's favorite designs. This is one Kate saw in an ad and liked and just had to try to copy, and she thinks she did a darn good job. This is also the one where Kate decide to forget what Karen said and show Scully's tattoo. (Kate's got kind of a tattoo fetish thing going on.)

This green dress on the wall next to the grey one actually  originated from the grey dress, with the detailing on the front.
This dress has two different patterns, the solid strappy version and the second version with a cut-out-sheer skirt. The back, Kate actually saw in an ad and decided that the X would be totally cool to put on a character from the X-files. The color changes between the back and the front of the dress just mean Kate had to switch marker sets in between because one ran out. (actually, it means her dad's been playing with the scanner settings again, but hey.)

This is the dress that came out of the above two. The raspberry purple is sheer, with tank straps. This was done while Kate was in what she calls her "Hi, I'm Kate And I Can't Draw Hands" period.

This last design here is for a wetsuit. IT's actually close in color and cut-out placement to the wetsuit KAte got for 10.00 at Goodwill. Of course hers says 'Heat Wave' across the front instead of 'Neoceanus' (new ocean)

Through this door, please.
