Next to the 'Eggnog' dress is another 'fanfic' dress,
this time from Lydia Bower's "Dance Without Sleeping"
"It's a floor-length black slip dress, cut low
in the back and held up with thin straps. The bodice is cut in a deep vee.
It's beautiful. And very, very sexy. I can
feel the blush rising in my cheeks as I carefully set
the dress back in the box and open the other one. Black patent leather
pumps with ankle straps and three inch heels."
Again, artistic liscense was taken. Kate hates spaghetti
straps. Whoever invented them should be taken out into the middle of a
highway and SHOT! Oh and this is 'the story' that initiated 'the nickname'.
Go ask Karen (BooBere14@aol.com) or Ashlan (Tweety0042@aol.com) and they'll
tell you!
The third outift is Scully's 'Garden Outfit' from Lydia
Bower's "Dance Without Sleeping"
This wasn't described in the story.... LOTS OF ARTISTIC
LISCENSE TAKEN! IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, GET OVER IT!!!! The garden scene
in this story is the precurser to 'the part'. GO ask Ashlan. The perverted
Hawaiian will explain it all.
This fourth dress is 'Lady Katherine' from D. A. Prewitt's
"Masquerade"
"the lavish costume she had rented on her mother's insistence.
The costume, a Marie Antoinette-style dress with a matching powdered wig,
was a sight to behold. Scully ran her hands down her sides, seeing where
the form-fitting bodice tapered in at her small waist, then fanned out
into a full skirt at her hips. Her eyes traveled back up to her chest,
and she blushed slightly as she saw her full bosom spilling out of the
top of the dress." "She had chosen an elaborate mask of blue, white and
pale yellow feathers, with gold glitter sprinkled
throughout." 1. Kate doesn'tdo bosom. 2.Kate doesn't
do powdered wigs, They're ugly. 3. This is an updated version of Marie
Antoinette. The gold wih dots is like the fabric the 'Little Spirit' wears
in Feet of Flames. And she's got hair extentions.
This is the last dress of the 'Fanfic' line so far. This one is from
Rhondda
Lake's 'Unmasquerade" and those are feathers, not multi-colored-pine-tree-pieces.
"Her mask was an elaborate affair of white feathers, fashioned after an
owl. Her hair hidden by a veil. Her gown was gauzy white silk, flowing
around her."Ell, we kind of forgot about the veil and had to add it at
the last minute, but I think it came out well. Kate's working on the sketch
of the back too.
Follw this way!
