Inferno Army Mission Statement
The purpose of Inferno is to help people come together in a happy friendly environment. This purpose is to enable all in the army to level at their own discretion and in their own manner so long as it doesn’t hurt others in Redmoon.
The Ideals of Inferno are simple
- Honor at all times
- Integrity until it hurts
- Honesty no matter what
- Respect for yourself as well as for others
- Fairness at all times in all things
The Duties of Inferno are also simple
- At all times each individual is responsible for his char. No matter weather he has buju or not.
- Each individual is expected to level his char as much as he or she can.
- Inferno will help all others in need whenever they can, so long as it isn’t at the expense of some one in Inferno
- All individuals are responsible to Inferno. This means, that Inferno should be treated as a living thing. It is each person’s duty and responsibility to make sure Inferno is and stays healthy.
- Inferno has a duty to the Redmoon Community as a whole. It is our job to lead the way in all of the principals that have been outlined and to set the example of what is and what isn’t accepted in the Community.
Command and Council
The Command
The Command is made up of 2 parts: the commander and the lieutenants.
Duties of the Commander
- The commander’s job is to see to the day to day running of the army.
- To deal with prescribed infractions and mete out justice as described in the bylaws of the army.
Duties of the Lieutenants
- The Lieutenants job is to aid the Commander in the performance of his/her job.
This entails helping those in their units in time of trouble, rescuing, food runs, and general policing of army bylaws.
*It must be noted that both Lieutenants and the Commander MUST have time for them selves, and can in no way be considered baby sitters.*
The Council
The Council will be made up of five members from the general army population excluding the current commander and lieutenants. There is no level requirement on membership. Only requirement is to be a member in good standing in Inferno army.
The selection of council members will be held by votes. Any one can be nominated. Then a voting will be done to select the council members.
Duties of the Council
- The duties of the council are to help establish the army bylaws and determine the punishments for violation
- To help determine if, when, and who to war
- To bring forth any serious and non-frivolous issues, that the command (commander and lieutenants) should know about.
Duties of the Command AND Council
- The first duty of Command and Council will be to establish rules, regulations and guidelines for the army. Also to establish general punishment for infractions of the rules, so that command can deal with them as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- The council and the command group (commander and lieutenants) will meet as often as is convenient and possible. Ideally weekly
Suggestions to the council or command regarding army matters should be submitted in writing so as to prevent the over burdening of the command. Submitting suggestions in writing also gives all members of council an opportunity to review the matter.
