This project is about my chamorro grandmother who was a child at that period with her family migrating to Palau for w rk. I miss Palau. My parents are doing well after several medical problems have been resolved. To be of service to them now is more important than my being on a wonderful tropical island. KNOWING what is RIGHT, and LIVING what is RIGHT is all our daily challange. Palau being an island can make quick changes IF the community Unites. Build a bridge of the young and very old members of your community and great things can happen. There are international agencies which would be interested in this issue. One may ask a question, how many Palauans are prostitutes? Is this a labor catogory which Labor permits have to be issued? Are the business owner's daughters, wives and sisters employed in the family business? This issue will retard the progress of Palauan society as a contributor to the world's advancement. Worse yet, these types of inclusions into the social structure will cause the extinction of Palauan's as a culture. Please remember that I had a broad un erstanding of what a Palauan is.
