Jose Carlos Monsegue is a recent graduate of Howard Community College, in Columbia, Maryland. Little is known about his crime-fighting abilities of his superhuman strength. But what is know is that he graduated with an Associates Degree in Laboratory Sciences, and always experimenting in new ways to fight crime, but his activities have been highly secretive and classified. He is presently enrolled in the Principles of the Internet class, where his final project is to create a webpage using HTML. It seems as though he has been having much success with his project, and hopes to be complete it very soon.
Before January 1996, little is know about his whereabout, only that he came to the United States from Trinidad, where he grew up through most of his life. His superhuman abilities, while in Trinidad, was still in development. But still, little is know about him...
