For Sale:..SOLD..1966 Pontiac LeMans/GTO
This is a GREAT classic car in need of a good home. Although I hate to part with it, I must. The '66 has been a faithful car to me since I've owned it. Just like my last classic I owned (that went to a good home), it's been well taken care of. Since owning this classic, I've put at the most, 100 miles on it. Needless to say, I don't drive it much. Of course, my profession limits my time greatly.
To let you know up-front, "this is NOT all original." An amateur restoration has been done. The '66 Pontiac LeMans/GTO is white with a black interior (both recent within the last 1.5-2yrs).The pictures I've provided really don't show the car in it's true beauty. The chrome is in outstanding condition! The only real flaw is the rear bumper, which has a small hole, and another small hole that has been covered up with chrome tape. Year One has a replacement bumper for approx. $350.00 new.
The '66 LeMans/GTO sits on 14" cragars with air-shocks and is equipped with a 2-speed auto trans (floor console/lever shift). Powered by a "Pontiac 400V8!" Atop the mass, breathing through a K&N filter and squirting through a Holley 4BBL, is an Edelbrock intake. Exhaust through Headers, backed by glass-packs and down to 2 1/4" pipes. And of course, HEI for reliable starting! Pump the gas pedal one time, turn the key, and "VRooooom!!"And less I forget, an AM/FM cassette player to listen to, while keeping an eye on the trio set of gauges (amps, oil, water temp).
