Well, as you should be aware by now, my name is Indre and I'm 21 years old. I live in Adelaide , South Australia, in a suburb right by the beach. I'm studying a diploma in Information Technology at Adelaide TAFE this year, and I hope to focus on web design as a career.
In the future I plan to travel around the world, especially to the USA and Europe, and visit Lithuania, where my Grandparents came from.
Most weekends I go out with friends to Heaven, a nightclub (there is a link to a page I dedicated to the club on my main page).
One of my hobbies is to cook. I can cook just about anything and most of the time I don't follow recipes, unless I'm making a cake or something.
Music is another great love of mine. I'm into most kinds of music, I will listen to just about anything, depending on my mood or where I am. I love musicals, and my favourite would have to be Les Miserables. The musicals I have been to include Phantom of the Opera, Cats (I have seen it twice), Big River, Les Miserables, Jesus Christ Superstar (which I have seen twice), 42nd Street, A Chorus Line, and Joseph and His Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat.
Being an Aussie, my favourite Australian singer is John Farnham. I've liked his songs way back since I was about 10. His songs are easy listening, mainly focused on love and peace. He has been singing longer than I've been alive (starting out on his own then performing in a group called the Little River Band), but his career really took off in about 1987 when he released his Whispering Jack record. The most popular John Farnham song is from that album, called "You're The Voice". His last album he recorded was called "Romeo's Heart" and he had a tour of Australia in around 1996. I went to the concert with my best friend, and we even got to shake his hand!
Of course, my favourite kind of music is Dance and that means I'm into ALL types of dance; House, Techno, Garage, Drum & Bass, Jungle, Rave, and so on... I listen to Fresh FM most of the time, a radio station dedicated to playing only dance music for the freaks like myself... :)
Without a doubt my most favourite movie of all time is Titanic, but I love MANY, MANY more both old and new. The Marx Brothers movies are classics, and I also like Gone With the Wind and any old musical. I love most kinds of movies except for real gruesome horror movies.
Aussie Rules Football is my favourite sport. I've been watching the game since 1988. I follow the Port Adelaide Football Club, both the Magpies and the Power. I have several pages about the Port Adelaide Football Club on my homepage, so feel free to visit them! The links are on my main page.
