Why does rain seem to make people crazy? When it rains, they worry about getting to much, getting wet when they go outside, and when is it going to stop. When there's a water shortage, they can't wait for rain, however when it actually does, they complain about it.
The weather seems to play a part on a person's mood. When it's rainy, some people get depressed and sad, some angry and abusive, others anxious and nervous. People head for the shelter of indoors and seem to be content to stay there. No one wants to go outside, and when they have to, all they do is complain about it.
Rain is a natural thing, and can happen at anytime. We need it to survive. If it doesn't rain, then we have no water, then we dehydrate and die. So why is it that something so vital and necesary for life to go on, cause so much complaining and confusion. It has been happening for millions of years now, you'd think people would have gotten used to it by now.
