| My effects addiction started in 1981 with an old Univox Super Fuzz. My mom bought it from my guitar teacher for $20 and gave it to me for Christmas.
From there, my collection of effects has varied throughout the years. I try just about every pedal or rack unit that I can. Many times I'll buy a pedal, but don't like how it sounds live. It seems that I am trading or selling pedals all of the time. I am pretty much stuck on vintage gear though, because it gives me the sound and tone that I look for. |
