Vic's Original Playbill motes: "When I first heard from Andrew Lockwood of danny that he was planning a tribute night to Debbie Gibson- I said "sure thing, Sign me up". To my ultimate chagrin, I thought he said Henry Gibson, you know, that guy with the oversized sunflower on LAUGH-IN that recited those badass poems? Ah well, it's a honest mistake. But not knowing the first thing about this little chantuese, I , Vic Masters, the Human Torch, The Lord of All Lost Sufferings, immersed myself in Debbie lore. To help me along, Lockwood lent me his CD of Out of the Blue, I guess the Led Zeppelin IV of Debbie Gibson albums. 'Everything you need to know is here,' he said. Well, should I mention that Andrew neglected to include CD booklet as well? Is it because the pages were all stuck together and he was too embarrassed that he still, to this day, jonses for Debbie, who now insists she's DEBORAH? That says maybe, but I studied all I could and have put together this Torch Song Trilogy, plus one bonus cut, to give you the feel of DebbieYesterday & Today. The Human Torch will turn on his lovelight for you tonight. Share the love and pass it on. The Torch is ordering you!"

Vic Masters performed a 3 song "TORCH SONG TRILOGY" for Debbie Gibson night at Arizona Roadhouse, SAT . OCT 24 at 10 or 10:30. Also danny, Breakfast O' Champions & Crashbar each learned a Debbie Gibson song. The bonus song, "THIS DEB IS A DEBORAH NOW (YOUNG GIRL)"\was an Andre Kostelanetz version of the Gary Puckett hit. Vic also manages to sing some of "Love Is All Around (The Mary Tyler Moore Show) " theme.
