BOB RONGA info
Bob Ronga
(bass, keyboards)
First time I see his name
is as part of Ian Matthews Band. Ian had left his own Matthews' Southern
Confort, and he assembles a band for an American tour:
Ian Matthews (guitar,
vocals)
Andy Roberts (guitar, vocals)
Richard Thompson (guitar,
vocals)
Bob Ronga (bass, vocals)
Sometime later, the band changes
its name to Plainsong in February 1972, with a change in the lineup:
Ian Matthews (guitar,
vocals)
Andy Roberts (guitar, vocals)
Bob Ronga (bass, vocals)
Dave Richards (keyboards,
vocals)
They recorded the album In
search of Amelia Earhart. It was followed by a 2nd album, that
was never released. After that, Plainsong broke, in December 1972. Bob
Ronga dedicated to work session.
