A soundtrack to Madonna's film of the same name, this album has some forgettable tracks by forgettable artists, but everybody bought it for Madonna anyway and the first three songs do not disappoint (The Look Of Love is reminicent of Live To Tell), but Can't Stop is more than stopable!

Who's That Girl
- An across the board #1 smash, Who's That Girl sounds like
La Isla Bonita, but is haunting in a very different way. Its tale of an elusive and mysterious woman who defies all attempts to pinpoint her. Its billingual chorus is its ace in the hole and if there's a song left off THE IMMACULATE COLLECTION this is it. The quickie video of movie clips that was assembled has an androgynous Madonna searching for clips from the film and then dancing off with some young kids. See also: Open Your Heart video.

Causing A Commotion - Fun dance song played over the adorable cartoon opening credits of Who's That Girl the film. It hit #2 and is a prime example of Madonna's uncanny ability to create a memorable groove out of a lyrically simple song.

The Look Of Love
- A #9 hit in the UK, The Look Of Love is a sweeping ballad in the tradition of
Live To Tell. Its got aching vocals and a powerful chorus that puts it as one of her best ballads about the elusiveness of love.
Can't Stop - I can. Nothing specal from the dance hall goddess. Just when you think its over a robotic altering of her voice chimes in and you really begin to wish that Madonna could stop. And soon. Please.
