Conqueror- "War Cult Supremacy" (Full Moon Productions 2001)

Now deceased as a band, Canadian warlords Conqueror thrust upon our mortal souls perhaps the most extreme musical creation in history with their album "War Cult Supremacy". Barbaric and primitive, this album is a holocaust of ear-splitting war metal intensity.

Seeded out of the same ejaculatory sludge as Kreig, Black Witchery, and Kult ov Azazel, Conqueror proves Canada can spew forth its own black metal assault upon the masses. Beginning with the opening seconds of the first song, "Infernal Majesty", the listener gets a feeling of impending doom, which is quickly replaced by a battlefield of blasphemy and vehemence as the musical darkness begins. Each song following is an Armageddon of low, speed riffs, larynx ripping vocals, and hellish drumming.

Obviously, "War Cult Supremacy" is not meant for the weak or unworthy of true metal. It is a straight forward album with drums, guitars, and vocals. No bullshit. No cheesy melodies or synthesizers to take away from the mood. The energy is raw, cult, and uncompromising.
