The Beatles in the recording studio. The author, Mark
Lewisohn, was given the rare priviledge to listen to
every known recording of The Beatles held within the
EMI vaults. Also includes a interview by the author with
Paul McCartney. Another must have.

The Beatles Chronicles. Another excellent book detailing
The Beatles day-to-day lifes, by Mark Lewisohn.

Written in 1968, this was the only official portrait of the
group that was produced with their cooperation.

An interesting insight into history of not only Beatles bootlegs, but also
of bootlegs in general. Also, lists every known Beatles bootleg (as at 2000),
though pictures unfortunately are in black and white only.
