(11/14/05)3 SOLD OUT shows were the rule for the weekend. The show in Coarsegold, California turned into 2 as the first one SOLD OUT so fast. We then went on to Tucson where the show seated about 2500. The crowd certainly seemed to enjoy the show and met it with several standing ovations. Wayne pulled out "And I Love You So", "Everday I Got The Blues", and several others we hadnt heard in a long time. God's greatest to you and yours until next time!
(11/30/05) Well we are at that time of year again! Wayne has decided to keep his Christmas Show in town this year rather than on tour. Of course this kicks off his signing and opening with the Flamingo in Las Vegas. The grand opening was help Thanksgiving day night with the 2005 Christmas show. The show features many of the orchestra, also ice skater Susan Gilbert who has been missed in the last few years. Wayne starts the show off by arriving on top of one of his prize winning Arabian Stallions and it just goes up from there! You will be treated to appearances by Waynes wife Kathleen and daughter Lauren. Both look terrific in thier "Santa Suits"! Wayne packs an hour and a half with Christmas classics and still finds the time to squeeze in Danke Schoen! The thing I like the best about the show is that Wayne is not afraid to be politically incorrect by calling it a CHRISTmas Show and doing many religeous Christmas carols in the show. In a time when everything has to be called a "holiday" something or other I think this says volumes. All in all its a fun show and one the whole family can enjoy! Check out the picture page for photos of the 2005 Christmas show and keep an eye out for more news soon!
