Marcos Lopez was yet working as a DJ at several clubs and parties in Berlin and all over the world. He opened in 1991 the first house-club of Berlin`s "Tresor". His most succcessful project (together with Mijk van Dijk) is Marmion. The classic track "Schöneberg" took a chart placement in the Top Ten of the German Dance Charts.
Marcos Lopez coorganised ethno-percussive events as "Tribal Rave" and "Earth Beats" and concepted together with Berlin organizers "The Moon And The Sun"-party-trilogy expresssing a fusion of Neon-Jungletrance-Tribal-Psychedelic Acid and rituals. In June 1995 Marcos Lopez and Chris Zippel produced some tracks for the project "The Moon & The Sun".
Further projects are Arte Bionico (together with Oliver Lieb), a release under his own name and Bonqoeur.Marcos Lopez starts his career as radio-DJ in 1990 at the East-German radio-station "DT 64" in Berlin with a dayly dance show at high noon called "Step On" and the weekly "Dance Charts". In january 1991 he got an additional weekly show: the fantastic "Night Flight". In july 1992 DT 64 lost its FM-frequencies and the shows were canceled (last Dance Charts: 06/20/92; last Night Flight: 08/05/92). But there was a new weekly five hour show since 08/11/92: "The Party Zone", transmitted via AM 1044 - cult!! :-) and from march to september 1993 via satellite. The radio station had gotten a new name: MDR Sputnik.
Since january 98 Marcos Lopez runs a radio show on Radio Fritz, each friday from 8-10pm: "Soundgarden". And since june 98 there is "The Dance Under The Blue Moon" (ervery third saturday with Marcos; 10pm-1am). The shows are to recieve everywhere in europe via Astra Digital Radio (ADR) or d-box.
