Life Continues...
March 23rd, 1999.

Hello again. I almost feel like a talk show host. I guess that is silly, cause lets face it, I am not talking to anyone. I guess that kinda makes me a bit on the crazy side? Either way, I didn't write today to discuss my sanity, but rather to catch up, and recap the last season of my life.

As some things get smoother, some grow more rough. I am tired, so tired. Life has got a good strangle hold on me. I barely find time to think these days.

LMC is back on track, refocussed, but still walking blindly into an unknown future. Our long awaited second cd is almost ready, and nowhere near complete all in one. New songs shadow the talent of what is already there, and lack of funding, and time prevent our progression.

I managed to lose my best friend this winter. I miss him alot, and still love him dearly, but I also have no time, or room for a person who if he had a nickle for every unfullfilled dream, he would be rich, in my life. It saddens me dearly, but I cling to his vision more like I would a memory.

I want to run with this for a moment. It's people of his nature that piss me off. Half of me is jealous. They do what they want without concern for the future, but the other half hates them for thier unused potential. But who am i to judge?

None-the-less that is it for this evening. Tune in next time when I reveal my diobolic plan to overthrow Canada.

And to all a good night
Geycen
Tomorrow night, pending the end of fiscal 99' doesn't end life, I am back. Geycen that is the preformer. On stage at the Living room in Providence R.I. I personally feel it is a giant leap in the wrong direction, but hey who am I to say anything, I am only the singer. We played this venue, when no one else would have us. It is a foot in the door club to Providence. And though I am appriceiative, we stand to lose more money on gas, and time off from work. So let's face it, it is a step back. But who am I to say, I am just the singer.

O.k. that feels a little better. What else...God it is sad when I can't relate one good tale in two weeks. Yup, I am as worthless as a day old donut. Well before I demoralize myself anymore...
April 2nd 99'
Last nights show breathed some life back into my dying body. It had been nearly 4 months since I had last preformed. I tried my best to convince myself I didn't need it anymore, but just like some drug addict, one more taste was all I needed to be hooked again. I've always thought music was a good career choice. It was well paying (for those who get paid) and you get to see the world (those who tour) But I realized just being on stage, is better than any paycheck. No matter where I am. I guess only time will tell if the high I get from the stage will ever pay off.

This wacky idea popped into my head. "I am not bound to paragraph form" I decided to throw in some fact, favorites, ect.. To get to know me a bit better. It also breaks up the monotiny of the pages. Springing them out with a life of their own. Nothing new to report. Easter is tomorrow. And I found a cool lnk yestarday. I posted it in my Theories section. So if you wan to check it out, do it. I can't say I agree with everything it has to say, but it is intresting.
This one is For Gary,

As long as you are out there, I at least know there is one person who cares about what is going on in my life. Thanks for reading, and caring.

Ok, it is the 31st of May. What else, not much. We have another show coming up on the 16th @ The Funny Bones Cafe, in Westborro. And Woodstock 99 may (if we are lucky) Be graced with the presence of the LMC. Thats it in new LMC news.

Now onto what you have all been waiting for...Me. This week I sent a letter out to an old freind in hopes of healing a deep sore wound between us. I don't know if I sent it for that, or at least some kind of closure for myself. Either way i finally sent it.
My highest recommendations this week go out to The Tom Green Show. If you get a chance to catch it due so. This guy is nuts, I would even go as far as to say he is crazier than myself. So please, if you like to laugh, catch the Tom Green show on MTV.

Well I would love to lie to you all at this point and come up with some elaborate tale of adventure, but that would be wrong and decieving. So instead, I will admit lack of excitement and say goodbye. Now get off your damn computer, and go outside. Happiness is a journey...not a destination.

Love ya'll Geycen

Huge News On The LMC Front
The LMC as you all have come to know and love...is no more. With deep regret, we say goodbye to Michelle. It was a pleasure working with her over the last year. Unfortunately for us, and her, she will be moving out of state. We wish her the best in the future.

I am sick as a dog. I was supposed to get out early today, but my partner in crime, and fellow employee forgot I asked him to work my shift. So I am lucky enough to be sick, and have to work 10 hours today. Well screw me!

Hey I will survive, especially with the knowledge that in less than 3 days, Episode 1: The Phantom Menace comes out. I got my tickets, do you have yours? Well I certainly hope you do. We need to topple the Titantic. A.)It sucked (Pretty Much) B.)Oh lets face it, It's Star Wars.

Ok,
So here is my opinion of the new Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. After only seeing it once, I do have to reccomend a second viewing to make a more formal judgement, but for now, I have one word...Amazing.

Many will disagree with me, but hey this is my page, and my opinion. I do have to say there was a bit more laughs (Jar Jar Binks) than necissary. But I can't hate it, the magic was there. Right after the 20th Century fox theme ended, there was the perfect pause of silence. And then the blast of John Williams "Star Wars" theme kicked in. All it took was the scrolling "Episode 1" to hit the screen, and the tears came, the magic had finally after sixteen years returned. No matter what happened in the film, it was back.

I feel anyone going into the theatre looking for the carbon copy "feel" of the first triology is setting themselves up, and can't blame Lucas. The first triology was great for what it was, but this isn't the first triology. It unveiled alot of question left over from the first movies. And seeing the droids meet for the first itme was beautiful. Not to mention watching a Jedi Knight in his prime do battle.

So in my honest, and personal opinion, I loved it. 2003 won't come soon enough. Now go check it out, and as always...

May the Force be with you.
