I met Westlife when they came to Finland on the 25th August '99! Here's how it happened:

There was a bunch of Westlife-fans, including me, waiting outside the studio of Jyrki (a Finnish music programme). I had been there for about 45 minutes when we saw Westlife coming out of a van on the other side of the building! Everyone started screaming... Shane came in first and he waved at us! : ) Then I saw Nicky (I'm not sure... I can't remember! But I guess I got it right...) and he waved at us as well! And after a while Kian and Bryan came and they talked with some man and as every fan outside the studio screamed and waved at them they also smiled and waved us back! : ) Then Kian and Bryan went outside and we could see from a tv inside the studio that they were being interviewed on the other side of the building! But we couldn't go there because then we would've lost our good positions on the queue...
Well, after that they went downstairs and we couldn't see them... After a little while they came to the place where the show was going to be aired and Shane, Nicky and Bryan practiced singing. Then they show had already started and they showed some music videos... Of course all we fans were desperate to get in the studio and after a music vid they let us in!!! Yippee... I got a place to stand right in front of Westlife during their performance of Swear It Again!!! It was great to see them so close!!!! And I got good pics! They looked so much better in real life than in mags or telly!!!!!
Then after the performance of SIA it was time for the interview... I got a place right behind were Bryan was sitting and before they started the interview I got Bryan's and Shane's autographs and a very good close-up picture of Bryan! : ) Then once during the inteview Bryan turned and looked right at the direction where I was standing and he smiled! And of course I smiled back... ; )
After the interview it was time for them to perform If I Let You Go! I got the same place that I had when they performed SIA! YAY! During IILYG Shane suddenly started laughing and I just had to take a pic! I don't know what was so funny that put him to laugh his head off (almost!)...
