| This was originally a 1957 goldtop model, but, by the time, Eric Clapton bought to George, in 1968, it already have the wine-red finish which is still has today. It's said to be the one Eric used on his memorable solo to "My guitar gently weeps". It has been stolen once, but George could get it back, and it has remained in his collection ever since. |
