Sheltering your love
ON THE RADIO, 1974:
Awating on you all
Far east man
I don't care anymore
Go your own way
In the studio: Live in Japan (1992 - tracks 6 to 11)
Punckdrunk (with Ruby Horse)
One of the most exciting CDs I've got recently, this is clearly an excuse to put out a really fascinating rarity: the previously unreleased, previously unheard track "Sheltering your love"!!! Can you just imagine how I felt when I got this CD? This track was recorded sometime aroung 1985 and its inclusion here is reason enough to get this CD.
But there's still a nice radio interview with George made in 1992, when "Live in Japan" was released. It's really interesting to hear. Just to see how George was excitied about the tour, the CD, the band, makes us wander why such a great man, why such a great artist would prefer tokeep himself away from the music/ business scene.
Among the many highlights in the interview, George talks about the possibility of making new Wilbury records and even a world tour, and then go back to his cave. We're still waiting, George!
