| John and George both acquired Sonic Blue Fenders in early 1965, and these guitars have been quite used in studio recordings from "Help!" on. I couldn't find what happenned to John's model, though I wouldn't be surprise to know it has been preserved on some trustable hands such as the Abbey Road Studio or Yoko. George, of course, applied a psychedelic finish to his in 1967, and that's how Rocky, as it was named, stayed with George forever. |
