On Cinnabar island go into the burnd out building and talk to the people in the first room, now surf on the east side like with M, eventually you will see him. NOTE: dont catch him it will cause the graphics in battle mode to scramble!
ok put the item you want duped in the sixth place, then do the M trick that I explained above, wen you see M, run from it, then look in the sixth place and you should see what looks like part of grass some where.
This one is easy!, Catch an "M" pokemon and give it a rare candy and it will evolve in a Kangaskan!
Go into the area that the pokemon you want is in, let the time run out. ("NOTE: there is no time you have 500 steps".) now go to Cinnabar island or Seafome Island, and surf up and down on the east side like the M trck. the advantage to this is they can't run from you.
