    Jonathan Kea (Human Resource Director) of Poteh Corporation has submitted his resignation on 14 Feb, 1998. The Board Of Directors unanimously agreed upon his resignation. With effect from 15 Feb, 1998, Joanathan Kea was no longer a memeber of the Corporation. Whatever he does in the future, our company is not liable or responsible for any loss or injury arises from his action.
