Since leaving AW, Chris Lindsay Abaire has appeared in the movie Static, and as a guest star on an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.


David Ackroyd Dave Gilchrist (1974-1977)

David Ackroyd has had a number of roles since leaving AW, including spots in Little Women (Prof. Friedrich Bhaer), AfterMASH (Dr. Boyer), and The Round Table (Sen. Jack Reed), and has had guest appearances in The Facts of Life, Murder, She Wrote, and St. Elsewhere. His most recent work was appearing in a couple episodes of The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest in 1996.


Mason Adams

Frank Prescott (1976-1977)

Since leaving AW, Mason Adams has appeared in Knight & Daye (Everett Daye), Morningstar/Eveningstar (Gordon Blair), and Lou Grant (Charlie Hume), and has appeared in Family Matters, Murder, She Wrote, and Murder One, with his most recent appearance being in The West Wing in 1999.

Denise Alexander Mary Callahan McKinnon (1986-1989)

Denise Alexander has enjoyed a successful soap career since leaving AW, having returned in 1996 to the role of Dr. Lesley Webber on General Hospital, a role she previously played from 1972-1984. She also had guest appearances on Poirot and Port Charles.


Terry Alexander Zack Richards (1972-1975)

After leaving AW, Terry Alexander had a few years where his roles were few, until he joined the cast of Behind the Scenes, then later, it was on to One Life to Live, where Alexander served three years as Troy Nichols. He has had small roles in major movies since then (Hurricane, Conspiracy Theory), but he primarily does guest appearances on shows like Deadline, Law & Order, and The Education of Max Bickford.

Vera Allen Granny Matthrews (1964)

After leaving AW, Vera Allen went on to star on Search for Tomorrow as Ida Weston from 1969-1972. She died in 1987.

Jensen made a couple of guest appearances as her character Vicky on ATWT, but was killed off-camera in the fall of 1999. She also tried out for a role on a David E. Kelley primetime soap, but didn't get the part. She then went on to play Melissa Bedford on General Hospital from 2001-2002.

Among other cancelled series and a brief stint on DOOL as Phillip Collier in the early 1990s, Richard was a star on the recently cancelled Canadian series The Sentinel, and more recently guest-starred as an ex-boyfriend of Olive's who had her picture tattooed on his chest on NBC's 1999/2000 casualty Veronica's Closet.
