Who are the Barbies?
Barbie is actually a doll that was born in 1959. Barbie's creator, Mattel then spawned her boyfriend, yours truly, and sister Skipper. Along with countless other friends, pets, and vehicles! Around the eighties Barbie became a bigger hit than before! She had coloring books, story books, music, and even home videoes! She never made it to movies or a cartoon series, but she makes up for it in her ever growing popularity as a doll!
Why did we start this?
The guys in charge grew up in the eighties and are now kicking themselves for not seeing more Barbie videoes! And playing as kids made their imaginations grow with adventures! They are a little hopeful that this comic might turn into a cartoon series like the X-Men!
