Hey Guys! I was opening up my email one day not too long ago (Shhh Edgar! They have no reason to know how I flaked out on getting this done sooner). Ahem. As I was saying, there was a message from Edgar Torres along with several files of hit songs from Beakman's World, with a request that I transcribe the words. So that I did, and soon was born the Beakman's World Sing Along. Below you will find two songs (more will follow! Feel free to send them to me!) I have no clue if I got the right words. For awhile, I was sure Eliza was singing about trains that hold IQs in the "Oil" song. Thank you Silverwolf1727 for the corrections to the "Oil Song". If anyone notices any more corrections, please feel free to email me. And now, with no further adieu (everyone warm up your vocal cords) on with the show. (Oh, you'll need RealAudio to hear these, which you can download for free from ReadAudio.)
There's more to petrochemeicals
Than you might ever think
They say there's oil in toothpaste
In telephones and ink
There's oil in brand new toilet seats
In movie film and shoes
In sunglasses and model cars
And trays that hold ice cubes
Oil is in your crayons and in artificial limbs
In lipstick and in footballs
In tires and asperin
Don't ever take for granted
Your sets of pantyhose
There's oil around you every day
Don't get it on your clothes
(talk)
We're standing up to give three cheers
Hip Hip Horray Snakes we love you
