Episode Summary -- Part Two Transcribed by Sandra

The following is a continuation of part one.  This is still the very same episode as in part one...

[Jack is still lying on the ground with his eyes half-open.  Jennifer, who has finally stopped swinging on the wooden pole, sees him there and franatically runs over.]

Jennifer [patting Jack's face to wake him up] -- Jack.  Jack.  Are you okay?  It doesn't matter if you're okay.  Just as long as you're here.  Jack.  Jack.  Talk to me.  Hello!  Jack!

Manager for Wild West Show -- What the heck is going on here?  [pointing to Jack thinking he's part of the show] And what did you make your entrance now for?  And when are you people going to leave here?!  I've gotta a show to do!!

Alice -- Well, you're ruining my granddaughter's wedding!

Jennifer [calmly]  -- Thank you, Grandma.  [to Manager] We're leaving now.

Carly -- No, no.  We're leaving?!

Jennifer -- Look, a bargain is a bargain.  We said we'd be out of here by a certain amount of time.  So we're gonna hold up our end of the deal.  Alright?

Alice -- But Jenn...

Jennifer -- Just to prove to you that we're good, worthy people, I have something very special for you.

Manager -- Well, that's very generous of you.  Ain't it boys?

Goon -- It sure is!

[Jennifer walks up to the three of the men and smiles.  Then she makes a fist and slugs all three of them in the face, knocking them down to the ground.  The crowd claps and cheers.  Jennifer smiles.  And Carly and Alice clap and smile, while Jennifer takes a bow.  One of the goons who got punched gets up and has Jennifer's veil in his hand, the veil which fell on the ground nearby.]

Goon --  Funny, huh?  You thought that was funny?  You can't have any wedding without this!  Can you?  Huh? Huh?

[He taunts her by swinging her veil near her.  Then he tosses the veil to another goon who takes it and runs away with it.  The crowd boos.  Jennifer is furious and runs after the goon trying to get the veil.  The goon enters a Wild West saloon which is part of the Wild West Show set.  Jennifer chases him into the saloon.  The goons are laughing as Jennifer disappears to chase after the veil. Carly and Alice are furious and are yelling at the goons.  The goons walk away.  Jack, who is still half-conscious, gets up and walks towards one of the goons laughing as well.  Jack is practically delusional at this point ;-)  The goon asks Jack if he thought that was funny.  Jack is laughing along, not knowing what is going on.  The goon punches Jack in the face and Jack falls to the ground once
again.   Jack's mother, Jo, sees this and runs towards him frantically]

Jo [who is standing there with her friend, Dr. Neil Curtis] -- Jack!  Jack!  Nobody treats my son like that!  Nobody!!

Goon [who punched Jack] -- What is this?  The father and mother of the bride, here?

Jo [walking towards goon.  The goon is walking backwards not looking where he's going trying to walk away from Jo] -- No, no, no.  I am the mother of the Groom.  And let me tell you something -- I want you to know how proud I am that you were able to come to the wedding.  Because Jack is very excited about your attending the wedding.

[The goon notices he's about to walk backwards into the well.]

Goon -- Woah!!  Now you're not getting me in this well, lady!

Jo -- Oh yeah?!

[Jo grabs the goon by the arm and throws him into the well.  The water splashes and the crowd cheers.  Jennifer is now up high, on top of one of the prop. stores that is part of the stunt show.  She is still chasing after the man that stole her veil.  Finally she gets her veil and begins to walk away.  Another goon who is down on the ground sees Jennifer standing there on a wooden ledge with a fence and takes a strap so that the ledge breaks in half.  Jennifer falls towards the ground.  A big soft stunt show mat breaks her fall and she lands there safely.  Jennifer is screaming as the goon tries to grab her to take her away.]

Goon -- Alright, try this little girl!!

[Jennifer is screaming with terror.  Just then, John (then Roman, I think -- aka. "RoJohn") runs in with Shane and sees Jennifer being grabbed by the goon.  They stop the goon saying they're law enforcement authorities and show their badges.  The goon says he hates spies.  Another goon who is standing nearby says he doesn't like police officers and slugs RoJohn right in the stomach.  RoJohn falls to the ground.  Shane tries to punch the other goon in the stomach but the goon doesn't move one bit.  The punch has no affect on him.  The goon tosses Shane over his arm and Shane goes flying away.  Jennifer runs towards Jack who has been knocked out yet again from a punch]

Jennifer -- Jack!  Jack!  Are you okay?!  Jack!!

[Wild Bill Mahoney comes out now and walks furiously towards where Jack is lying on the ground.]

Mahoney -- Alright!!  Where is he?!  Let me at him!!  Where's the guy who stole my pants?!?!

[Mahoney lifts up Jack from the back of his shirt, and Jack is hanging there, looking half awake, half unconscious.]

Jennnifer [frantically] -- Wait a minute!  He can explain!

Mahoney -- You!!  You want to steal my job, huh?!

Jennifer -- He can explain!!  Jack explain to him!

Mahoney -- You knock me out!!  Tie me up!  And try to steal my job.

Jennifer -- Please don't hurt him!

Mahoney [ignoring Jennifer] -- Fine!!  I'll tell ya what!!!  You take my job!!  I'll take the bride!

[Mahoney throws Jack back on the ground.  Jack falls right flat on his face, on to the hay that's on the ground.  Mahoney grabs Jennifer and carries her away over his back.  She's screaming and the audience really boos.]

[Carly and Alice see this and run over frantically to Jack to wake him up and tell him to find Jennifer and save her from that goon.  Jack, who is still hallucinating from being knocked out so many times, runs towards the audience.  Carly grabs him by the arm and directs him towards Jennifer.  He runs towards where Jennifer had been taken away.  In the mean time, Shane and RoJohn are busy taking care of the goons that are still on the grounds.  This time, Shane and RoJohn are successful.  The crowd cheers.  Jennifer is now being carried over the goon's back on to the roof of one of the stunt show prop. "hotels".  Jennifer is screaming for somebody to help her.  Jack finally shows up on top of the roof and punches Wild Bill in the face and it works.  Jennifer is so excited that Jack has saved her from Wild Bill that she gives him a congratulatory pat on the back.  Jack, who is still not quite fully awake from all those punches goes flying forward, as a result of Jennifer's pat on his back, and falls right off the roof towards the ground.  Jennifer screams as she watches her future husband fall to the ground.  Suddenly, we see Jack lying in the same room where he was being held by his captors at the beginning of the show.  He has regained his voice and is screaming.  We now realize that that whole entire "slugfest" that we just witnessed was Jack's nightmare.  In fact, Jack had been lying there, knocked out, in that room the entire time, imagining his wedding being ruined like that.]

Jack [sitting up and is screaming] -- MISS HORTON!!!  NOOOO!!!  YOU PUSHED... YOU PUSHED ME!!  YOU PUSHED ME!!  NOOOO!!! YOU PUSHED ME!!!

[Wild Bill hears his screams and tries to calm down Jack from his nightmare]

Bill -- Hey, snap out of it, partner!!  Wake up!! You had a bad dream!!

Jack [frantically] -- What happened?  Where am I?  Who am I?!

Bill -- Well that's a good question...

Jack [turns around to face Wild Bill. He's still frantic] -- What?  What happened?  What are you doing here?  What's going on here?  Where am I?  I was just... [shocked]  How did I get vocal... I'm talking!!  I'm talking!! [stands up and is very excited]  I'm talking!!! Can you hear me?!?! I'm talking?!?!  You can hear me, can't you?!!?

Bill [slightly disturbed by Jack's level of excitement] -- Yeah, I can hear ya...

[Jack is still screaming with joy.  He can hardly believe he has regained his voice.  The man is trying to calm Jack down.  But Jack continues to scream, "I'M TALKING!!!!"  Scene ends.]

[Next scene, Jack is still going nuts realizing he can talk]

Jack -- I'm talking!!!  I can talk!!!  I can sing!!!!!

Bill -- No!  Don't sing!

[Jack starts to sing.  LOL!  The Wild West show manager walks into the room and wonders what's going on]

Manager -- What's going on in here?

Jack [still shouting] -- I'm talking!!!  J.T., I can talk!!!  Can you hear me?!?!   I'm talking!!!

Manager -- Good for you.  I'm glad to hear that.  While you talk, could you kindly explain to me who the hell this dude is?!

Jack -- Ah!!  Who the hell cares?!?!  The important thing was that it was just a dream!!!  Just a dream!!!

[Jack is so happy and excited that he grabs Wild Bill and the Manager by their faces and gives them a *very* quick kiss on the lips.  Yes, the lips!]

Jack -- I'm sorry!!!  I gotta go!!  There's a wedding out there!!!  Miss Horton's waiting!!!  Take care!!

[Jack runs out of the room, very excited.  They are stunned and wipe their lips off.  Scene ends.]

[Jennifer is now outside with Carly wearing her wedding dress.  She is looking very upset and stares at her wedding guests.]

Jennifer [calmly] -- Okay.  I've been good.  Haven't I Carly?

Carly -- Yes, you've been very good.

Jennifer -- Then why.... Can anyone in this arena tell me why....

Carly -- Well, you know what.  Maybe we could go ask the minister.

[Jack's mother, Jo, sees Jennifer and runs towards her]

Jo -- Jennifer!  You look beautiful!

Jennifer -- Thank you.  Where is he?

Jo -- Who?

Jennifer [forcing a smile and tries to seem calm] -- Jack.

Jo -- I don't know.

Jennifer -- He is your son, isn't he Jo?

Dr. Neil Curtis [standing near Jo] -- Jennifer...

Carly -- Don't even bother..

Jennifer -- Alright, so what you're telling me is that you haven't heard from Jack at all.  Is that what you're telling me?

Jo -- No.  I have not heard from Jack at all.  He was supposed to pick me up and didn't.  And if it wasn't for Dr. Curtis, I don't think I'd be here at all...

Dr. Curtis [tries to calm her down] -- Jo, Jo...  I think we should go back to our seats.

Jo -- Seats?  I mean if Jack's not going to be here, then why do we have to go back to our seats?

[Jennifer stares at Jo in clear shock.  She is very disappointed.]

Dr. Curtis -- Uh.. Jennifer.  Congratulations.  I'm sure everything will work out perfectly.

Jo -- Do you know something that we don't know?

Dr. Curtis --  I only wish I did...

[he takes Jo by the arm and takes her back to her seat.  Jennifer is desperately trying to keep as calm as possible.  But she looks furious]

Jennifer -- Carly?

Carly -- Yeah?

Jennifer -- This isn't going very well...

Carly -- Well..

Jennifer -- I knew that I should have done something.  I should have had someone watch him.  I should have had him chained up to something.

Carly -- Oh, come on Jennifer..

Jennifer [very calmly] -- No.  I'm okay.  I'm alright.

Carly -- Are you?

Jennifer [starting to raise her voice] -- Yes.  Yes.  I'm gonna be fine.  Okay?  This is the most memorable day of my life.  The flowers are spectacular.  Everyone I love is here.  Waiting for me to be happy.  Waiting to throw 35 pounds of rice at me!  I look spectacular and fabulous in this dress.  And now I have to go tell 5000 people...

Carly -- Uh-uh.  Four...

Jennifer  -- You're right, I'm getting carried away.  I have to tell four thousand people that this is a joke!  That there is no wedding!  There is no groom!  And that everyone has...

Carly [smiling to try and calm down Jennifer] -- Jennifer, come on.

Jennifer -- No.  I'm gonna be fine.  I'm gonna be fine.  Okay?  I will fall apart later.  Meanwhile, you have a great seat.  And I will go do what has to be done.

Carly -- You sure you're gonna make it?

Jennifer -- No.  Not remotely.  Just wish me luck.

Carly -- Luck...

Jennifer -- It's too late...

[Jennifer walks towards the wedding guests and raises her voice so everybody can hear her]

Jennifer -- Excuse me!  Could everyone please just sit down for a minute?  I have an announcement to make.  If everyone could just settle.  And sit for a moment.  I just want to uh...  I just want to make an announcement to everyone.  Family.  Friends....

[Just then, Jack is heard screaming from a distance.]

Jack -- HELLO!!!  HI!!!  HOLD UP!!!  MISS HORTON!!!  WAIT!!!

Jennifer [shocked] -- Jack?!  Jack is that you?!

Jack -- WAIT A MINUTE!!!

[Jennifer walks towards the sound of Jack's voice and looks for him.  Jack runs out towards Jennifer and isn't looking where he's going.  He ends up falling backwards into one of the wells and the water splashes way up.  Jennifer is standing at the base of the well and sees Jack pop his head out of the water.  She's so relieved to see him though, even if he just splashed her with all that water.]

Jack -- I think we made it, so to speak...

Jennifer [excited] -- Jack!!  You can talk!!

Jack -- Yes!  Better than ever!!  You're going to have to deal with it now.  And all the rest of the days of our lives.

[he pats Jennifer's hand.  Jennifer smiles lovingly at him]

[Jack is still sitting in the well, he's out of breath from falling into the well]

Jack -- Now come on.  What are we all waiting for?  Let's get hitched!

[Jennifer gives Jack a big smile and grabs him by the face.  She plants a big wet one on his lips.  The crowd cheers.  Scene ends.]

[Next scene shows Jennifer in her bridal changing room, which also looks like a horse stable, having her wet wedding dress blow-dried by Carly.  They are both talking loudly to each other over the sound of the blow-dryer]

Carly -- How are we doing?

Jennifer -- We're doing fine.  We're getting married!  Look, I don't care about my dress.  I don't care about my hair.  I don't care where Jack's been for the past 24 hours.  We're getting married.

Carly [teasing Jennifer] -- What did you say?

Jennifer [shouting with joy, over the blow dryer] -- Married!!  We're getting married, Carly!!! We're getting married!!

[Jennifer grabs the blow-dryer and starts aiming the still running blow-dryer at Carly.  They laugh.  Scene ends.]

[Next scene shows Marcus trying to help Jack get out of his cowboy boots, which are still stuck on his feet.  Marcus is getting furious at Jack and tells him to stop scrunching his toes.  The boot finally comes off.  Jack's mother, Jo, knocks on the door and walks in unannounced]

Jack -- Wait a minute!!  The groom's not decent!

Jo [mad] -- Oh, I have seen this view before!  Listen, I have got to talk to you!

[Jack is frantically trying to get dressed quickly]

Jack -- Well, you talk and I'll "tux"...

Jo -- Look, I don't care where you've been.  I don't care what you've been up to.   I don't care!!

Jack [still frantically getting dressed] -- Is that what you want to talk about?

Jo -- NO!!  I want to talk about Jennifer!!  What is the matter with you?!

Marcus -- Jo...  Jo, look.  We don't have time for this right now.  Okay?

Jo [almost crying] -- She is worried sick about you. She's frazzled.  And she's frightened.  And you're the only person that can do anything about it.

Jack [to Marcus] -- Well, what am I supposed to do?!

Jo [more calmly]  -- She needs your reassurance.

[Jack looks at Marcus with confusion]

Marcus [losing patience] -- Well, go reassure her.  I don't know...

[Jack grabs a clown costume to cover himself, because he's only wearing a white t-shirt and boxers.  He walks towards Jennifer's room and knocks on the door.  The blow dryer is still running in her room.]

Jack [still knocking at the door] -- Hello!!!  Miss Horton!!  Have you got a lawn mower running in there?

[Jennifer is still getting dried off with the blow dryer and hears Jack's voice.  She tells Carly to turn off the blow dryer.  She walks towards the door and talks to Jack who is on the other side of the closed door]

Jack -- Miss Horton!!

Jennifer -- Jack!!  Is that you?!

Jack -- Yes, it's me.  Can you hear me in there?

Jennifer -- Yes, I can hear you.

Jack [trying to sound very reassuring but he doesn't seem comfortable doing this] -- Look, I just want you to let you know that there's ... that there's no getting out of this.  And there's no way to stop this wedding.  Whether you and I want it... even if we didn't even want it.  Which we both do.  You got me?

[Jennifer laughs and knows what Jack is trying to say, even though he comes across as sounding comical]

Jennifer -- Yeah.  Yeah.  I got you.

Jack -- Yeah, well, that's your cross to bear.  But uh...  Look, I just wanted you to give a chance to.. If there's anything you wanted to get off your chest....  Umm... now's the time to get it off.

Jennifer -- I love you, Jack Deveraux!  Do you hear me?  I love you!

Jack [looks uncomfortable being expressive] -- As well..  Yup.  Yup..

[Bill, Jennifer's father, walks by and walks into Jennifer's room to prepare to walk her down the aisle.  Jennifer and her father walk out of the room.  Jack has his eyes covered by Jo, so he won't see her in her wedding dress, although he just did when he fell into that well.  He jokes, as she's walking by, not to pay attention to the clown in the corner (referring to himself) because he's covered himself with a clown costume.  Jennifer laughs.  After Jennifer leaves, Jack stands there looking kind of sad, almost as if he feels he doesn't deserve to have such happiness or be able to marry a woman as wonderful as Jennifer.  The scene ends.]

[The next scene is the official beginning of the actual wedding ceremony.  The music is playing.  Jack walks in, looking handsome, all dressed in his nice white tuxedo, along with Marcus.]

Marcus -- You alright?

Jack [nervously laughs] -- Alright?  Of course, I'm alright.  I'm walking and talking.  Heading down this aisle to get married for the fourth and final time in my life.  I'll live.  I hope...

[Jack and Marcus finally arrive at the wedding altar and wait for the maid of honour and bride to arrive]

Jo [looking at Jack with love and pride] -- It's really gonna happen.  I never thought I'd see the day.

[Carly walks in first carrying a floral bouquet.  Finally, "Here Comes the Bride" plays on the wedding organ and Jennifer walks down the aisle, holding her father's arm.  She is smiling.  Jack looks at her with love.  The show ends.]
