Hi Everyone,
It looks like there won't be a lot of birthday stuff this year. We visited two stores this weekend and neither of them knew of any items coming in. Unfortunately the managers weren't in so we could not verify this. I sure hope they bring something out! On the other hand the stores seem to be doing much better in diversity and pricing. They are bringing out not only a wider range of items but also using the lesser characters more. I've seen the clientel shift a lot at the closest store, more towards the casual collector and not just hardcore ones-not that we know any hardcore collectors. :)

Toys-R-Us has some items on clearance. A 3 can cooler set, 3 different childrens bowls(Taz, Bugs, & Sylvester), a tissue cover and plastic face mugs. All were under $6.
Toys-R-Us also has rain sticks and sound bites lollipops in. Rain sticks have mini candy in them that rolls from one end of the tube to the other when you flip it. Taz, Bugs and Tweety at $2 each. The sound bites are spin-pops that talk too. $9.99 each.
We also found some clocks in Toys-R-Us. They are made of cut foam and characters swing back and forth. Unfortunately these had been there a while so they might not be in all stores. Bugs & Taz and Tweety & Sylvester. $19.99 each.
The Studio Stores have lots of baby items in now. Giggle heads for strollers, bibs, socks, plush slippers(just like the adult ones), bottles and lots more.
The Studio Stores also have a new Tweety Graduate beanie that came out today. Grab one while you can, all these special issues are going fast. $7
