Boating and Snorkeling at Little Torch Key

Boating and snorkeling are very popular in the Florida Keys and we managed to do quite a bit of both during our Thanksgiving trips to Little Torch Key. Looe Key is close by and there were other reefs all around the area so we didn't have far to go to find some wonderful snorkeling.

One year we rented a Dolphin Marina boat, the other year we had our own boat. The dock is just outside the door of the cottage so it was convenient to load up and go!

We found a nice little island where we could anchor the boat and enjoy an afternoon of snorkeling and playing in the water.

  

  

It's easy to find peaceful areas in the Keys, just get in the boat and go, you'll find one! Here is a lovely view of the calm waters near Little Torch Key.
