My apartments
are situated in a small village called "Il Merlo"
near Casole d'Elsa (Siena). In few minutes you can easily reach all the
main tourist attractions of Tuscany: Siena (30 Km), Florence (60 Km), S.
Gimignano (20 Km) and Volterra (25 Km).
They are called
"Merlo 1" and "Merlo 2".

Price includes use of electricity,
water, gas (for cooking), bed-linen, towels, table-cloths and final cleaning.
Extra:
Heating (€
1,50 for 1 m3 of natural gas). Heating is necessary only in
the winter period (approx. from late-October to mid-April). Wood for fire
place (€ 15 per 100 kg of wood)
