Supposedly Simran is in this movie which stars Sanjay Dutt, Manisha Koirala among others! I dont' know if this is true but she is to play someone's fiancee in the movie, and her role is to be very important as Manisha is staying with her in the movie. KANAVAE KALAYADHAE
In this movie, Simran plays opposite Murali. The storyline is of a guy(Murali) who is from Tamil Nadu and only knows tamil goes to Punjab, and meets a girl(Simran) who only knows Punjabi! The parents oppose because they are not the same kind, as he is tamil and she is punjabi! There love breaks the language barrier and the fall in love in no time, the only thing that stops them is their parents! This has shades to the old Kamal Hassan movie! Anyone remember the name?

This is a super movie being made by Praveen Gandhi, which is the director of "RATCHAKAN" fame!! The music is by Isai Puyal, A.R. Rahman. What a feat for Simran, two A.R. Rahman movies!! Another added treat is the other heroine in this film, it's none other than Aishwariya Rai. Also a new entry is in this film now, Aishwariya is only in 20 minutes of the movie, and the other heroine is going to be ISHA KOPPIKAR, all three heroines who have all acted with Prashanth! Since there are so many good things, there is one bad thing, the only man who has acted with both these women in Tami movies, will be in this movie also, yep, Prashanth!! Watch for this one in September '99.

This movie has already been made by R.B. Choudhri, it starred Vijay and Simran. This movie had all of the top reviewers talking, this movie proved that Simran was not just a glamour doll. After this movie she has shot into the top spot. This seems as if it is once again the year for Simran.
ANARI NO. 1
After a long time Simran has decided to come back to Hindi movies. This movie is supposedly a comedy, and is pretty good. In this movie Simran acts with Govinda and Raveena Tandon. She has a pretty good role in this movie, but there isn't much scope for her acting, she's mainly just in it for the glamour. Here's wishing her luck in her Hindi success!
UDHAAYA
Click The picture to go to TAMILMOVIES Website of UDHAAYA, the new movie starring Simran & Vijay, being directed by Perumal. I think that this movie may be made instead of Mudhal Mudhalaaga. The music, will be score by A.R. RAHMAN, and this is the first time that Vijay will be paired with A.R. Rahman, and also Simran with A.R. Rahman. THe music will probably be great, and picturizations should be even better.
This movie is produced by K.T. Kunjumon of "Gentleman" fame, and introduces his son Ebby Kunjumon into the acting industry, what a way to start being paired with Simran. There is also news that Karishma Kapoor, one of the leading Bollywood Heroines, whom I detest, dances for one of the song sequences, and the dress she dances in cost K.T. Kunjumon a million rupees. This should be one great movie,there's a lot of expectations for this movie.
