------------"Blaz4me" is Natas' second cd. It was released in 1993 and it continues in the success of "Life After Death". It was the first Natas or Esham cd i ever heard (besides Closed Casket) and right from the start I was impressed at their lyrical stylings and the beats that accompanied these lyrics. Nevertheless, the cd has 18 tracks with the first one being sort of an intro. This has somewhat of a different sound than either "Judgement Day" or the first Natas cd.
___There are a lot of awesome songs on this cd. The style of rapping, like i said, is a little different the cds before this one from Natas or Esham. The beats are very solid and the lyrics compliment this very well. The subject matter, which is what makes almost every Esham and Natas cd as good as it is, deals with bitches, living in Detroit (and "staying true to your city"), and a little bit of Esham's life. The song that talks about this is actually 2 songs fused together with some sound effects in the middle. The name is "Down Since Day One/Pain" and its 6 minutes long. Even though its a little bit slow in the second part, it is still an awesome song. There is also a pretty good song that has kind of a dance beat to it. It's called "Boo Yaa" and it really shows the more creative side of Natas, as they seem have been expanding to satisfy some of the public who liked dance songs in the clubs and at parties. At any rate, some other awesome songs are "Stay True to Ya City" and "All in Yo Head".
___Being a solid Natas cd that, just like the ones before it, paved the way for even better material in the future, "Blaz4me" is an exceptional buy. It really shows the development of Natas since their last cd and also the coming of age of Esham. "Blaz4me" should be readily available almost anywhere (even before being re-released on TvT). At any rate, this cd will be liked by any Natas or Esham fan.
