------------This is a group out of Chicago. There are three members in the group: AK-47, Belo, and Nard. Most of the tracks on this cd are produced by the Legendary Traxster and I must say he got some nice beats. He laced this cd up with some gangsta tracks but he also has some laid back tracks with that pimp type of shit. Do Or Die has a sound like Bone, that tongue twisting style of rap. But they are much harder in terms of subject matter. While Bone has more of a musical sound, Do Or Die is more raw. In fact these two groups don't like each other with Bone claiming that Do Or Die stole their style. It really doesn't matter who started the style, just who does it the best, and that's where Do Or Die exceeds.
___Beats and lyrics on this cd are both good. The lyrics aren't great but they do more than get the job done. This cd is sort of short with only 11 songs but 10 of them are tight. The only one I don't like are Paperchaase. I really don't care for the beat much and this song doesn't really fit in with the rest of the cd. My favorite songs on this cd are "Shut'em Down," "Po Pimp," " 6 Million," and "Search Warrant." "Po Pimp" is probably the best song on the cd with a great beat and lyrics. Tung Twista's verse is awesome and he just goes off. If you have never heard him he is one of the fastest rappers out there. I would like to see someone try to out rap him in terms of speed. This song is a little different from the rest of the cd since it is laid back but it shows how Do Or Die can also do songs other than just gangsta rap. "6 million" has a nice beat and all three members of the group come with really tight verses. Also "Search Warrant" has another killer beat with good lyrics. The rest of the songs on this cd are very good. This cd is mostly gangsta rap but has 3 or 4 laid back songs. The only downside to this cd is that there is only 11 tracks. But other than that this cd is very good. If you like that fast style of rap then you should go out and buy this cd. It won't disappoint.
