------------This was X-Raided’s first record. It was released on Black Market Records backin 1992. By the time this cd was released X-Raided had killed someone and was to be convicted of murder. He was really young when he recorded this, I think he was 17. This cd is good but not his best.
___This cd is definitely a very hardcore cd. With songs like “ Still Shooting”, “Bitch Killa”, “Everybody Killa”, “ Shoot Cha In A Minute”, and “That’s How My Trigga Went” you know what to expect. Almost every song on this cd is about killing people. To some that may be a downside but I really don’t mind as long as the lyrics and beats are good. The beats are old school on this one, which isn’t surprising considering when it was released. Almost the whole cd was produced by Brotha Lynch Hung. I really didn’t mind the beats but they could have been better. X-Raided’s lyrics are really good, but not as good as they are now. It shows how this is his first cd after you hear his other cd’s. My favorite songs on this cd are “Still Shooting”, “Crazy Than A Muthafuck”, “Bitch Killa”,“That’s How My Trigga Went”, and “That Sickness”.
___Overall this is a pretty good cd. Its not as good as his other work but his fans will enjoy it. They aren’t really any great tracks on this cd but there really aren't any bad ones either. For the most part the songs are really good.I guess how much you like this will depend on what type of beats you like. I personally thought they could have been better. But his lyrics are still good and shouldn’t be overlooked by beats that aren’t up to par with his lyrics . I wouldn’t call this cd a classic but if you like X-Raided or that Black Market sound then you should get it. Just don’t expect "Unforgiven Vol.1".
