------------Brotha Lynch Hung is a rapper out of Sacramento. He is a legend down there and has three cd's out. Though many people have never heard of him, he has one of the nicest flows out there and his rhymes are tight as hell. This is definitely some straight up gangsta shit. His style changed somewhat on his last cd but on "Season Of Da Siccness" its where he's at his best. If you don't like gangsta rap then you definitely won't like him because he is one hard motherfucker. He says some sick shit on this cd. If you are offended easily then I wouldn't suggest this cd to you. But if you don't mind sick lyrics then you should pick this up.
___The cd contains two of the best Brotha Lynch Hung songs ever made "Siccmade" and "Locc 2 Da Brain." Both of this songs are off the hook. The first song is "Siccmade" and it pretty much sets the tone for the rest of the album. After that it is four awesome songs in a row "Rest In Piss", "Return Of Da Baby", "Locc 2 Da Brain", and "Liqour Sicc." "Liqour Sicc" is dedicated to his cousin Q-Ball who was killed during the filming of a music video for fellow Sacramento rapper C-Bo. After "Liqour Sacc" are five more songs and a few skits. All five of these songs are good with "Welcome 2 Your Own Death" being the highlight of the bunch.
___Overall this cd is a classic. The only downside is that there are few too many skits with only 10 of the 18 tracks being songs. But all the songs on this cd are either really good or excellent. Not only is this Brotha Lynch Hung's best cd but it is also Black Market's best cd yet (Black Market is the record label BLH is on). Finding this cd shouldn't be a problem and I suggest you pick it up. This is one of the best cd's of all time and one of the best I own.
