Nathalie Grandin is our cook. She owned a french restaurant in Wuppertal, Germany before she left for La Bonde. She will be very pleased to welcome you at her guest table. With the ingredients nature offers us in our kitchen garden, she will realize authentic and exquisite regional menus. On special request she will offer you her gastronomical menu. Nathalie speaks german, italian and english.

Alain Grandin.

Alain Grandin is a psychiatrist and opened a medical center in Germany in 1991. In his free time he will propose a range of specialised workshops such as yoga, coaching and health seminars : in french or german. Beeing a great amateur of french wine he will be glad to help you choose your wine at our guest table.
