The Domaine de la Bonde is a former royal drapery founded in 1680.
It lies 20 kilometers north of Carcassonne, on the south side of the Montagne Noire, on the edge of the village called Cuxac Cabardes.
We speak english and will be pleased to help you with the organization of your stay in Cathar Country.
Nestled between the wilderness of the Black Mountain, with its chestnut trees and firs, and the more arid landscape of the Minervois with its vineyards and Olive trees, the Domaine de la Bonde offers you spacious and comfortable rooms in a unique historical and natural setting. The sea is only 45 minutes away, Spain (Cadaquès) 1h30.

The Guest table

For dinner we invite you to our guest table to savour our traditional regional meals, prepared with the vegetables from our own kitchen garden and inspired by the vivid imagination of our experimented cook.
French cuisine, outdoors at the pool or indoors near the fireplace, with a good Minervois or Cabardès redwine...how about that ?
Nathalie, our cook, can also teach you some tricks of french cuisine. Ask for the workshop prices...
