Fantasy in the Sky is a magically-explosive fireworks show that lasts 6 minutes and is the perfect way to end a day at The Magic Kingdom. As the show starts and the park lights dim, Cinderella's Castle begins to sparkle with lights. To the accompaniment of beautiful music from "Peter Pan", Tinkerbell appears atop the castle, and then amazingly soars out over the crowd as the fireworks begin to burst overhead. The whole show is synchronized to wonderful Disney music, inlcluding Disney theme park songs such as "It's A Small World", "Yo Ho, Yo Ho, A Pirate's Life For Me" from The Pirates of the Caribbean, and "Grim, Grinning Ghosts" from The Haunted Mansion. These great theme park songs always help bring back great memories about the day you just had. Along with the fireworks, there are also some other special effects. For example, while the The Haunted Mansion's theme song "Grim Grinning Ghosts" is playing, projections of ghosts can be seen flittering across the castle. The fireworks can be seen from almost anywhere in the park, but it's best to view the show from a vantage point where you can see the front of Cinderella's Castle. This way, you'll be sure not to miss Tinkerbell's flight and the other added special effects, which truly make this show magical.
