The American Adventure, which is the equivalent of an American pavilion, takes guests back to the colonial era with a huge Georgian-style mansion surrounded by dozens of sycamore trees. Housed inside the manor, is the main attraction, an outstanding 26-minute Audio-Animatronic show celebrating the American spirit. While waiting for the show to start, guests are entertained in the foyer by "The Voices of Liberty", a superb acappella group singing popular American folk songs. Narrated by Benjamin Franklin and Mark Twain, the main show portrays many historical events and people to demonstrate the spirit of the nation. A total of 35 Audio-Animatronic characters, act out scenes ranging from the Pilgrims arrival at Plymouth Rock to the Boston Tea Party. The historical figures presented range from Charles Lindbergh to Lucille Ball. Each scene and character was created with outstanding attention to detail and historical accuracy, which is unsurpassed throughout Walt Disney World. The only shop at The American Adventure is Heritage Manor Gifts, and they sell a large variety of nostalgic Americana. The only restaurant at The American Adventure is the Liberty Inn, which serves hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries, ice cream, etc.
