This page is a brief collection of photographs of some of the
different plants native to this great country of Australia.
I will, each couple of weeks, change these photographs.
Please enjoy!
Waratah Banksia

NSW Christmas Bush
~ Ceratopetalum gummiferum
Common Name: NSW Christmas Bush. A well known upright shrub to 5 m with pale green trifoliate leaves, white star flowers followed by showy reddy calyces giving the tree an overall pink appearance. Excellent for cut flowers. Prefers good drainage.
Geraldton Wax
~ Chamelaucium uncinatum.
Common Name: Geraldton Wax.
An open spreading shrub to 3 m with fine foliage and large waxy 5-petalled flowers which may vary from white to deep purple. Pink forms are most common. Requires protected well drained sunny position.
Gungurra or Eucalyptus caesia
