People lived here, with the hallway like this for 3 years

I made the curtains myself (no, I can hardly believe it either). We had the carpet fitted, though.

Matthew put up all the tracklights.

Wallpaper and paint was a joint job, I did the fine adjustments.

The progress we made so far. The hallway pretty much had to be done soon. We are now waiting for some alterations in the livingroom, kitchen and study while we potter on in the other two bedrooms. We try to do as much as possible by ourselves. At least you can blame nobody else for your mess.
