Einstein
Einstein is our pet corn snake 1.42 meters (56") long and growing.

Einstein doing what he does best.
After every shedding session he gets very hungry and demands his food. But not all mice end up like this. If you don't believe me look at my MICE page!
How Einstein got his name!
When he was a little worm and a full 20cm long he just did not like to eat. He would rather sleep with his mouse than devour it. We thought he would be the worlds first vegetarian snake. He just did not know how to eat - a real rocket scientist! Hence the name. After teaching him how not to make friends with your food ( force-feeding) and after a few months, he finally got the hang of it and now he just can't get enough. No more mice friends! Now I think he is really clever, and he has earned his name.
He makes a real nice pet. Sits with us curled round the arms or in his favourite place - on top of my head, in and through my long hair. He sits there for hours watching the world go by or reading what we type into the PC.
