The First Doctor |
Played by William Hartnell as an absent minded, bad tempered but kindly grandfather figure (1963 to 1966). The First Doctor stories introduced the Daleks, Sensorites, the Zarbi, the Meddling Monk, the Toymaker, and the Cybermen. The majority of historical stories occurred during this period. This Doctor travelled with Susan, Barbara, Ian, Vicki, Steven, Katarina, Sara, Dodo, Polly and Ben.
