BOOKING TERMS FOR SAN MOSCATO (“SM”) AND MOSCATINO (“Mo”)
Lettings run from 4 p.m. on start date to 10 a.m. on end date unless otherwise agreed.
2009 rentals (in GB£ - owners will quote Euro equivalent on request)(daily rates in brackets):

25% payable on booking, balance at least six weeks before letting commences. If balance (and deposit mentioned below) are not paid owners may treat letting as cancelled.
The above charges cover services other than central heating.
Both properties have central heating. When used this is charged at £4 (SM) £1 (Mo) per day, which is probably below true cost. Oct.-April inclusive it will be assumed that ch has been used unless guests declare to contrary. Other months it will be assumed that ch has not been used but we ask guests to declare if they have used it. When used we ask guests not to be wasteful. SM has an open fireplace for wood fires and Mo a wood-stove.
Deposit of £40 (£60 Oct.-April) on account of services, breakages etc. to be paid with balance of rent. It will be returned (less any applicable deductions) at end of letting.
Please leave property secure. Rubbish to be disposed of according to instructions at house.
Clean bed linen & towels and a house cleaning service will be provided weekly.
No outside fires please except for barbeques and extinguish thoroughly at the end.
Bookings once placed may not be cancelled but if week relet owners may waive/refund rent other than deposit. If owners have for any reason to cancel, their liability will be confined to returning rent and any other money paid.
