Plane Spotting at London Heathrow (LHR/EGLL) Airport
There is always a spectacular close up view of aircraft movements at London・s Heathrow Airport. The Spectator・s Terrace is situated at the rooftop of Terminal 2, though you will need to hike up to the roof via a strenuous flight of stairs, around 5 floors up. (Good for couch potatoes and pub crawlers to work out!) At the roof, there is a tea shop serving barely edible junk food. (Greasy burgers and chips) and also a small but fairly well stocked aviation hobby shop, (Books, videos, memorabilia, Herpas, and Dragon Wings etc.). It has always been a top of the choice venue on a lovely English summer・s afternoon. However, soon after ：September 11th； , the terrace had been closed due to security fears. Thus we hope that you can enjoy the views from such unique location at our website!
