the interview
We grilled Dave, Bob, Scott and
Clint to discover which Moffatt bro is the best boyf for you!
'I SAW THIS CUTE GIRL, BUT I
COULDN'T GO OVER' -CLINT

You're
hanging out with your mates and they're all dancing each other to snog
an ugly girl for a bet. Would you do it?
A proper kiss on the
lips? No, I would have to feel something for a girl to be able to kiss
her. Plus it's not a very nice thing to do is it? It's just
teasing her.
You
want to take your dream girl out on a date but she's not too sure. How
do you convince her?
I just got a date for my
prom actually. She's the daughter of the vice president of an American
store called Dellards and she's really pretty. My prom's not until
next year but I've got to plan ahead because we might doing a show. I
just phoned and asked ans she said yes. If she'd said she wasn't sure
I'd have convince her by saying that I'd take her out and show her a
good time.
You
spot a really cute girl being picked on by some guys. What do you do?
I'm so lame at this! I
would probably go over there, take her away and tell her, 'You're a
really pretty girl and there's no need to be picked on.'
Go for Dave if...you
want to be spoiled rotten by a romantic fella. He'll give you 100%
devotion when you're together - and even protect you from bullies!

A
babe walks up to you at a party and says she thinks you're a hottie.
How do you react?
I'd
just ask her to dance or offer her a drink, but I wouldn't be
embarrassed. If she's straight forward and says she
likes you, it's pretty
easy.
A
girl you've been after finally agrees to go out on a date with you
that evening. With no time to plan, where will you go?
[Long pause] I'd
probably take her to dinner and then on to a club. There's a great
place in Canada called Palladium that'd be good for a date because
it's got a massive arcade with racing cars and rock climbing. I think
the first date should be the most memorable, so I'd do something
outlandish.
You're
out on a date and a karaoke competition starts. Your date eggs you on
to go up and sing. Do you?
I might, it depends on
what kind of mood I'm in because quite often I really don't like doing
stuff like that. Maybe I'd ask her to come up and we'd sing a duet. If
I sang by myself I'd sing My Heart Will Go On! (laughs) Not
really. I'd sing a Beatles song, maybe She Loves You.
Go for Bob if... you
like a lad who's up for a laugh and a good natter. His subtle sense of
humour will keep you chuckling way through the night, while his secret
shy side is completely irresistible!

You're
in McDonald's when you spot the girl of you dreams tucking into her
chicken McNuggets. What happens next?
Maybe I'd walk by and
try to get her attention and smile. If there's a connection there I'd
probably go and talk to her and then ask her out. My opening line
would probably be, 'May I say that smile looks really good on you.'
It's a bit cheesy though, isn't it?
It's
getting close to your curfew but your date wants to stay out all
night. What do you do?
Stay out! Well it
depends what I have to do the next day really. if I have to an
interview really early in the morning then I'd go home, but if it
wasn't until, like, 12pm then I'm staying out! I'd get in trouble if I
was just out partying but if I was going out to really enjoy some time
with this girl I'd probably be let off.
It's
your girlfriend's birthday and you're away on tour. What do you do?
I'd sent her flowers and
Fed Ex her a gift, probably some jewellery, from wherever I am in the
world. I don't think I'd fly her in or anything because we don't have
a lot of room on tourfor any more people, so she'd probably get lost
in the clutter!
Go for Scott if...
you're after a confident bad boy with a secret heart of gold. He'll
break all the rules to be with you!

You've
got loads of homework to do but there's a party going on where a girl
you fancy will be. What do you do?
Realistically I probably
wouldn't have time to go to the party. In our schedule we have time to
set aside for school work, shows and promos, but not for parties! If
there was a girl I really liked, though, hopefully my dad and step mum
would let me go!
You're
at the bowling alley and you spot a really cute girl. It's obvious
she's on her own. Do you go over?
I'm usually too shy. One
time were at this show in the US with a guy from Capital Records and I
said, 'Hey that's girl pretty cute,' but I couldn't go over. So he
went and got and we had a conversation. So maybe it'd be easier for me
to send someone else.
You're having dinner
with your girlfriend when Britney Spears comes over and invites you to
a party. She only has one ticket. What do you do?
We're doing a show with
Britney Spears nect week so when I see her I'll ask her if she'd ever
do that! It's difficult because I don't know Britney personally, but
if that did happen I'd stay with the girl I was with.
Go for Clint if...you
want to be treated like a princess. But
prepared - you'll be
probably have to make the first move!
