Glasgow

I was meeting Catriona and her friend in a bar called SOMETHING which was in the University area of Glasgow.
It took me a couple of goes to make sure I had the right place because I couldn't see either of them in there. So I went to a phone and rang up Catrionas friend to find out where they were and then went and made myself cosy at the bar, ordered up a pint and settled in for the wait, which as it turned out wasn't long anyway!
Catriona's friend had to work at a bar down the road that night so she didn't stay long but Catriona and I sat and talked and caught up over a few drinks until it was almost time for Catriona's friend to finish and the we wandered down to her bar and stayed after closing with the bar staff.

After all that it was time to hit the hay and get ready for my trip home the next day.

The next day I went back to where Lynn and Callum were staying and said my goodbyes, then hopped back on the London-bound train.

I really enjoyed myself in Glasgow, my only regret was not being able to spend more time with everyone. Maybe next time . . .

Above is a pic of me and my cuzzy-bro Callum just before I left Guarock.

To the right is a pic of the sun setting on Glasgow as the train stole me back to London.

next stop....Edinburgh
