The Cliffs of Moher

So here we are at the most spectacular cliffs in Ireland. The picture on the right shows the main platform. From the edge of the platfor its 200 feet straight down and theres no rope, no fence, no NOTHING! People have been known to get killed here by being blown off the edge by gusts of wind, so if anywhere was going to test my fear of heights...this was it!

Theres me on the left, sitting on the edge of the platform. I got Dan to take the picture for me and when you look at the pic he took, I look remarkably calm. If only you could see the fear in my eyes! I was shitting myself!!! But I'm glad I did it, one step closer now.

After the cliffs, we were taken around some of the other areas just outside Galway, but for me Moher was the best part of that tour.

Back into Galway....
