Stuff we've been doing......

For some reason, we've recently managed to have a couple of interesting weekends recently.  Here are some photos from them.

In March this year, I went to the U.K. on a 3-week work trip. While there I had some time for sight-seeing. Afterwards, I spent 4 days in Oslo, then 10 days in Hong Kong including a 2 and a half day trip to Guangzhou.

In June, Ben and I inspected a semi-detached 1920s house which had just come onto the market. It's in a good area, near the railway station, and though it needs a lot of work, we've decided to buy it. You can see for yourself why we liked it and what will have to be done before we move in.

After all the work on the house, we really needed a break and spent 5 days at Fingal Bay, Port Stephens.

We have now had the deck built! So we celebrated and had a lot of people over.

Okay, we haven't really done nothing since May 2002. We went to Scandinavia and Japan in August and September 2003, while I was pregnant. Then Solveig was born in March 2004.
