Zippy's Restaurants have long been an island favorite. Along with L&L Drive Inn, it is the biggest local food chain in the islands; and it is still expanding. Currently there are 21 locations on O'ahu with new locations being built on the outer islands.
Zippy's success is in part attributable to its diversity in food and flexibility. Most Zippy's Restaurants are and each location usually offers both take out opportunities and also dine-in restaurant facilities. All facilities also have Napoleon's Bakery. Several locations also serve Japanese style Okazuya and have sushi bars. Generally speaking, Zippy's Restaurants have something for everyone.
Zippy's is known for their take out Chili which is a local favorite for fundraisers. It also sells party paks which are popular for picnics, a day at the beach, or just a get together. Zippy's plates, although a bit expensive and small in portion in comparison with their competitors, are renowned for their high quality. If you are out on the town and wanna try a restaurant with a little something for everyone, then Zippy's is your place.
